Jeff Moss is an experienced IT service professional, having spent 20 years in a variety of technical and managerial roles… both as a service vendor and customer, which has taught him the importance of “IT as a Service” providing benefits to businesses and business priorities. In 1999 Jeff joined Metafore Technologies Inc. supporting the organization and their clientele in several leadership roles which he continues today as a Senior Leader and Client Delivery Manager responsible for coordinating, managing and leading a team of technical professionals who provide a wide range of services to Metafore’s SMB customer base.
Jeff is a qualified MCSE and throughout his management career has continued to not only update his management/service training and certifications, he continues to update and improve his technical understanding and aptitude within the IT Services business. This offers a better comprehension of IT and how it relates to fulfilling a business need.
A big believer in “Managed IT Services”, he’s a significant advocate in the shared service model and continues to champion further advancements within this field.
His mandate is to assist Canadian based SMB companies by providing quality IT solutions to real business needs by following a variety of best practices, ITIL methodologies and vendor solutions.
